Can you add the option hand? In south asia we primarily use our hands to eat.

Most foods that would default to fork can be done passably with a spoon, but it’s really hard to eat spoon foods with a fork. Spoon would be even more valuable if other utensils like chopsticks are unaffected.

@GleamingRhino Most things that would default to spoon could also be done by just drinking with a straw or tilting the bowl. eating something like spaghetti or salad with a spoon would be really annoying.

@remedyrain pure liquids can be drunk by tilting pretty easy, but anything with a significant amount of toppings where you want topping and liquid together is tough. You leave most of the toppings behind.

I don’t think eating spaghetti or salad with a spoon would be that bad. I could also eat both with chopsticks.
