This market is about whether I will track my mood and energy levels every day until 30 June 2025. It serves as a commitment device to ensure consistent tracking for assessing the efficiency of a medical intervention, which I do not wish to share.

Rules:

• I must recap each day and track two ratings on a scale from 0 to 10: one for my mood and one for my energy levels.

• I may not enter the values of a day later than the following day, otherwise this market will be resolved NO.
