I like to take cold showers to save energy and because it has an antidepressant effect, so I want to challenge myself to only take cold showers at home, until 07.09.2025.

Only showers at home count. I go to the gym regularly and want to keep the option to take hot showers there, or elsewhere. I also get 1 "streak forgiveness" per month, 12 in total, which I'll mainly need for when I'm ill.

My last cold shower market, with a different ruleset, failed after 212 days.
