I want to stop buying the following foods until the end of the year: sweets, soft drinks (containing sugar or artificial sweeteners), sweet spreads, sweet cereals/musli, sweet baked goods. Peanut butter is allowed; honey, juice and non-alcoholic beer in moderation. Purchases for other people are an exception, such as buying ice cream for my niece. I live alone and won't ask anyone to buy food for me.
The purpose of this market is to motivate me to eat healthier. I focus on buying, not consuming, because I don't want to limit my consumption too much when I'm with other people. If I'm offered a piece of cake, I don't want to have to turn it down just to fulfill the conditions for this market. I am slightly overweight, with a BMI of 27.4. I currently eat sweets regularly and expect it will be hard to reach this goal, harder than my cold shower market.
I will not bet on this market.
I have a hack that reduces cravings for sweet foods. Let me know if you want to hear more.
