  • cereals

This market is a commitment device, to help me improve my NAFLD and IBS. This is a major overhaul of my consumption routines, so I'm starting with a two months test. I'm already running a similar market for sweets, softdrinks. I focus on buying, not consuming, because I don't want to limit my consumption too much when I'm with other people who invite me or cook for me. Doesn't happen that often.

I will not bet on this market.
