It's pretty good, however I feel like you could cut some parts out like "(but that's besides the point)", furthermore, I concur that the tone could use some work. I personally like metaphors and analogies, so I think it would be fun to include more.
You're not giving a lot of food for thought in my opinion, and aren't making it stand out from some other report.
All in all, it's pretty good.

@realDonaldTrump I found your points to be salient but your tone was too casual to (in my opinion) sway someone to agree with you who did not already.
It read like a piece designed to be read by people who already agree with you, which may have been your intent.
