Resolves YES if the UAE government officially announces, before 12:00 AM Gulf Standard Time on October 1, 2026, a full or partial lifting of its August 2026 trade suspension that permits general non-humanitarian commercial trade with Iran. Otherwise resolves NO.
Humanitarian exceptions, case-specific waivers, informal statements, or financial transactions that remain prohibited under the general suspension do not count.
Primary sources: official UAE government or WAM. The market closes 12 hours before the deadline.
