All items ship worldwide through Printful. Mana price displayed covers the product; shipping is calculated at checkout and paid separately (also in mana). You'll get notifications when your order is shipped, and if anything goes wrong (auto-refund on cancellations).

There are other cool digital items which were also added this week, Manifest tickets, a new charity giveaway, and another prize drawing coming soon... Go check out the shop!

It's a fantastic time to Buy mana: First-time buyers with crypto will receive 10% bonus, and an additional 10% on orders of $1,000 or more. This means:
$25 -> 2,500 2,750 Mana
$100 -> 10,000 11,000 Mana
$1,000 -> 100,000 120,000 Mana

Buying mana validates this new mana-first direction and helps us continue adding cool new uses for mana. If you can't buy mana, the next best thing is to Refer a friend and earn M1,000 (uncapped) for each referral.

Thank you to the community for making Manifold the best place on the internet!

Speaking of community: one of our designs, "Anti Gambling Gambling Club" was a community submission! Thank you @andri, after you order your own shirt, you will be refunded the full amount incl. shipping.

Are you good at designing merch? Submit your own designs: MANA MERCH SHOP: Which designs will be added to the mana merch store?

Let us know what designs you'd like to see, and beyond that:

  • How you feel about recent changes? Does mana feel more useful than it previously did? Does this make you want to buy mana, hoard mana, or spend spend spend?

  • What else should Manifold be working on?

We'd love to hear your thoughts. Best of luck with all your trades and markets!

More minor merch notes:

  • If anyone needs a size we don't currently support, please let me know. We may be able to add support in future, but as some bigger sizes carry larger costs, so it adds complexity. Happy to accommodate if we can and if the demand is there.

  • Your size is not shown on the balance log publicly, but if anyone finds where this info might leak, let me know - we want everyone to feel comfortable ordering.

  • Maximum 1 purchase per item, per person. Don't order for other people or try to avoid this cap, we may reject the orders and take further action against you.

Very nice!

@andri Somebody explain the “Anti Gambling Gambling Club” shirt. I don’t get the joke/reference.

@Dynd many of us don't like real money markets. gambling for the sake of gambling isnt the point. but also gambling is kinda what we do (with play money)

@Kronopath ooo excellent more context!

"making Manifold the best place on the internet!"
Totally agree. (Not /s)

@100Anonymous which is the /s to? ahahaha

@Stralor I mean that I'm serious, not sarcastic.

@100Anonymous about the totally agree or the not?

@Stralor I am sarcastically not disagreeing with that quote. /s

@Stralor I mean that Manifold should actually be the best place on the internet.

@Quroe so you mean you are not disagreeing with it?

@100Anonymous 😁🙃

🫪

So $1 <--> M110

@AlanTennant for first purchase. repeat is 1:100 (except if buying $1000+ at once)

@Stralor thanks

Is there a way for users to purchase mana with a credit-card, without having to figure out the crypto in-between step?

@MarySmith not atm bc the previous payment processor they used for $$ (Stripe) doesnt allow sweeps as a downstream result of the purchase. I am also bummed by the current state of things

@MarySmith we’re working on some things which should lead to card + Apple Pay options. Not sure on the timeline

(edited)

the names are backwards. should be named by item color, not logo color imo. seeing "white logo shirt" without the image tells me the shirt is white with a logo, even if technically that's how one would say the logo is white.

I also think you could combine colors per item and have a color picker option below them, maybe just reuse the switcher from the bet button digital merch thing. skip having the color name in the title entirely (but still use the fabric color in the switcher, not logo color!)

"Logo Cap" | Image | <- [White] ->

curious: why only 1 item per person? just for now to test the waters, are these being sold too close to cost, or is it some side thing like the war chest not being big enough to accommodate buying them in $$ when mana sales haven't caught up?

(edited)

@Stralor if the last (as I suspect) perhaps the limit could be removed for accounts that have purchased any mana as a stopgap for now? not that multiple purchases need to be available any time soon but I think it'd be a nice-to-have in the long run

Hear me out. Has Manifold ever considered reaching out to credit card companies to make mana purchasable as a points/miles transfer partner?

I feel like Bilt is small/agile enough to hear you out and not laugh you out of the room on first contact.

@Stralor

oh lol that's there for the wordmark shirt but not the caps??

@Stralor the caps have different colours on the actual design (purple vs white logo) which complicates it. It’s really two separate items and not just two colours

@Stralor 1 per customer is for a few reasons. like you said, we don’t have a big war chest, so we want more people to get merch rather than a few buy a ton. We also have to manually approve the orders (at least for now until we know it’s all working). We also want people to keep some appetite for future merch.

@Gen

the caps have different colours on the actual design (purple vs white logo) which complicates it

yes, sure on the backend. but from a UI perspective theyre the same thing even if the embroidery changes to fit the background

@Stralor (makes me proud my design files are intended to fit multiple colors!)

Update (pending build, will be live soon):
- images are now swipe-able on mobile, will iterate more if clunky
- AGGC shirt now defaults to showing the back of the shirt
- Indicator if you're looking at the front or back, useful for smaller devices
- Merch sort pill is now gilded (very cool)
- NEW will last until you load the shop once >24hours after the release

Thank you for the feedback, let me know if there's anything else and I'll get onto it tomorrow (maybe ~12hr).

@Gen "NEW" pill next to the shop button in menu seems to have been there for awhile or at least reappearing frequently. merch tab is cool enough to be worth a special variation this once. would love a "now with merch!" kind of thing

@Stralor yeah I changed it to last 24h, after that it should go away when you visit

@Gen I think it would be okay to show the newer items near the top for more than just one page load?

@Eliza was thinking this myself, I'll make it last at least 1 day + 1 page load (may extend, idk). The single visit makes sense as a catch-up thing, but yeah I agree it's ok to linger a bit, especially when it's such a big thing

I am trying to swipe left and right on the shirt design to see the back of it from the shop, but the image does not transition. The UI seems to suggest to me that this should do something. (On Android 14.)

@Quroe they work like arrows. Just tap on the left or right side.

@Quroe hmm I think I will make it so tap anywhere -> next photo, or something else simple until I can refine the mobile UX

Thanks for the feedback!

@Eliza Ah! That's the ticket! The language of UI/UX is really subliminal to me. I don't know how to explain it -- it just felt off.

@Quroe Yeah, it's great feedback. It's hard to gauge what's intuitive as you build it bc you already know exactly how it's supposed to work. Swiping makes much more sense

@Gen It was more so the visual prompt. A wide "blob" with a smaller "blob" or set of "blobs" around it feels like it intimates a slide deck, like the ones you see on website landing pages, where the wide "blob" tells you which slide you're actively on.

nice

The cap doesn't have an option to be worn tilted to the left.

@Eliza if your cap is faulty and cannot be tilted, please bring it to manifest and I will repair it for you
