This will resolve 100% YES to the outright winner of the Hunger Games event, and NO for everyone else. Will use the "Declared Winner" by Ice Poseidon himself in order to objectively determine how this market resolves. If the imposter is the last person remaining, I will resolve to whoever that is. (if he picks multiple winners to receive the $100,000 grand prize, I will resolve each option that wins to an equal split between the 100%, but this is extremely rare)
I will extend the close date of this market if the contest continues into September.

He reversed the ruling which he made at the end.
The contest ended already so I believe this resolution stays intact. He declared Esai the winner, ended the contest and ended stream. As this description of the market states whoever ice Poseidon himself declares the winner will resolve this question.
I believe Esai resolves this market because he was the FIRST “declared winner”
yes teaman technically won $100,000 through ices “overturning” the declared winner. I believe the fact that this happened after Esai was declared winner by ice and after the contest had ended allows this resolution to be Esai 100% and not 50% Esai - 50% Taemin.
The argument for the 5050 is that they were both at one point in time the “declared winner” by ice Poseidon, but I believe shouldn’t matter because the market resolves when the contest ends and ice declares winner.
The argument for 100% taemin is that the current “declared winner” by ice Poseidon is taemin, but I believe this shouldn’t be the resolution of THIS market as it depends on the “declared winner” at any moment after the contest (end of contest + declared winner =
resolution confirmed)
ice made a mistake during the contest, causing another mistake to be made after the contest ended, causing him to “overturn” his previous decision.
NOTE: this isn’t a matter of who we believe should be the winner of the 100,000 or should be the declared winner by ice, but it is only a matter of this market resolving to 100% Esai or 5050 or 0 based on the description of this market and evidence available to the audience at the moment the contest ends.

I got bored and decided to find the Hunger Games location from scraping the (x,y) coordinates of the map tiles and reverse engineering the latitude and longitude from these formulas. This gives 28.488, -97.767, northwest of Beeville, Texas -- the map is actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be!
