
My goal is 1680 Calories/day maximum, as measured by MyFitnessPal after subtracting exercise (synced to MyFitnessPal from my smartwatch). I don't have to hit my goal every single day, but any excesses need to be offset by deficits on other days this week.
The time period is January 20 through January 26 inclusive.
This past week I was over by 515 Calories over for the entire week, but my main goal then was tracking at all, with only some effort put toward hitting my Calorie target.
This market is a commitment device so my trades will only buy yes.
01-20: 183 under.
01-21: 224 over.
01-22: 46 over.
01-23: 201 over.
01-24: 52 under.
01-25: 1346 over.
01-26: 1069 under.
Net: 513 over.

Ended 1069 under for the day. I didn't have it in me to do that much extra activity. Thanks to everyone who participated!
I missed an update so here's 2 in 1:
24th: ate 2350 burned 722, 52 under.
25th: ate 3695 (yikes) burned 669, 1346 over.
One good day, one very bad one. It was worse before I jogged 3.7 miles in the last hour of the day 😃.
I'll still do what I can to hit my goal for the week but I won't intentionally starve myself (I'll eat at least 1200 Calories), so I'm not very confident I'll make it. Maybe a couple hours of heavy chores and exercise will do the trick, if I can get myself to do it.
23rd: ate 1910, burned 29. I've had low burn numbers the last couple days. I'll make a point of exercising tomorrow.
