This market will resolve YES if any standing committee of the House of Representatives reports a resolution impeaching Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas to the full House of Representatives before the end of 2023 (whether or not the House takes action on the resolution). This includes if the House Rules Committee reports a special rule to the full House providing for the consideration of an impeachment resolution.
Clarification June 2023: this market will also resolve YES if the House adopts such an impeachment resolution without any committee report.

Homeland Security Committee Chair Mark Green (R-Tenn.) said Friday in a statement that his panel is “initiating impeachment proceedings against Secretary Mayorkas early in the new year.”
Which is, of course, in 2024, not before 2024.
