I don't think anything that could be considered offensive operations has happened. The recent helicopter attack on the Houthi boats used helicopters from the USS Eisenhower. This article would probably mention any operations the USS Gerald Ford took part in.

@JoshuaWilkes Don’t need to split hairs, but there are too many variants of combat air patrols. When/if the media reports combat sorties (which involve offensive CAPs) - I’ll resolve. If the carrier just sends out planes and they fly around its general vicinity in a posturing stance (defense CAP) - no. It’ll be pretty apparent - but establishing/enforcing a NFZ other than the one directly situated around the CSG also counts. As it involves projecting offensive force outside of its defensive bubble.
