The user does not have to presently hold the moderator badge, a past moderator being banned will resolve yes. If the moderator badge ceases to exist with nothing to replace it, resolves N/A. If the moderator badge is changed to something similar, and the new badge has similar powers, this market will still continue.

A ban is determined by the Banned text next to a profile. If a ban results in deletion of an account, resolves yes. A temporary ban also resolves yes.
