• Market resolution criteria can only be known by the creator/immediate friends eg. “Will I eat pizza tonight?” or “Will I go on a date?”

  • The only exception where these markets will be ranked is if they opt to not trade, don’t provide insider advantages to friends, and can provide concrete evidence which is outlined at market creation, then it will not be marked as unranked.

The guidelines are still long overdue for a rework (coming soon™), so we will eventually have a better way to access this information.

But I don’t think he’s manipulating, He can bet how he likes. Market resolves based on his profile points at that time, Mods would intervene if he resolved it wrong, but no reason to believe he would yet

@100Anonymous khan academy has badges... if u gain badges, it gives points. there was this one big badge of getting 400 unique skills which can get u 150k points, so i grinded to 400 skills today

@musuko384 you're not, but even then you have an advantage and are betting on the market, which should make it unranked or you should not bet.

@musuko384 the thing is, when the creator themselves is betting and they themselves can control the resolution, it shouldn't be ranked, because otherwise the creator is able to benefit from the market resolution that they control. You may not do it, but it's precedent, usually.

@johnNZOy apparently, he did some badge advancement for 150k, which I don't understand. It's completely illogical to do 50 skills in a day. It takes around 15 minutes just to do a skill, so he must have spent like 12-13 hours on it.

I didn't do 400 skills yesterday. I was already at around 350ish, so I only had about 50 skills to do. In Khan Academy, if you do course challenges, you can get mastery for skills within the course. If you do really good on some of the course challenges, you can get mastery for a lot of skills at one time So I only did course challenges for about an hour, and still got it. @100Anonymous Not sure if you've been on Khan Academy, but a lot of the skills are only about 4 questions, so not sure how each would take 15 minutes. Especially for the easier classes which don't take long.

Not sure why I would want you to sell your no shares, when I can literally bet yes and profit off of you. I also said earlier that it's prob gonna be unranked, which is fine w me since I don't really care about leagues lmao. You also shouldn't have bet such a high amount when you clearly didn't do your research about the many ways of getting energy points

@musuko384 The reason I didn't research about the many ways of getting energy points was because you didn't mention anything about it in the description. If you had, maybe I wouldn't have made a bad bet.

Also, if you're doing easy subjects that you already know, that kinda destroys the point of doing Khan Academy, so do harder math.
