Resolves YES if at least one Storybook Brawl patch is released between July 1 2023 and December 31 2023 (Pacific time). Resolves NO if that doesn't happen.
Note that Storybook Brawl was purchased by FTX in March 2022.

Seems extremely unlikely they will release a further patch.
As this closes in 2024 I will reduce my bet for NO accordingly.
