Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve YES if either of the following occurs within 18 months:

• Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan file for divorce in any jurisdiction

• Either party publicly confirms a formal separation through official channels, social media, or credible media outlets

• Either party is publicly and consistently repeatedly seen “going out” with another person, for definitions of “going out” that constitute romantic involvement.

• Official court documents are filed indicating legal separation

The market will resolve NO if:

• Neither a divorce filing nor confirmed separation or publicly dating “going steady” with another occurs within 18 months of this market

• Only unconfirmed rumors or speculation about separation exist
