@dgga hm i dont know if perms are what separates them . im trying to think of some examples of people without it, that are still considered orbiters without the perms. i think there are some, but im blanking on it right now. so maybe you're right on that.

I think if he took perms away, he could still be considered an orbiter. Steve may get pissed off at something or a diff mod removes perms, I think he could still have the orbiter title without it.
