Will the Federal Reserve cut rates by June 12, 2024?
Resolves the same as the original on Kalshi.
Resolution criteria
If the Federal Reserve cuts its target federal funds rate range at least once between August 29, 2023 and June 12, 2024, then the market resolves to Yes.

Once the original resolves, its resolution will be applied to this market automatically. Trustworthy-ish users are encouraged to resolve this market before then if the outcome is known and unambiguous.
We know that ongoing progress toward our 2 percent goal is not assured: Inflation has given us a few head fakes. If it becomes appropriate to tighten policy further, we will not hesitate to do so.
We will continue to move carefully, however, allowing us to address both the risk of being misled by a few good months of data, and the risk of overtightening.
