Will I promote to the Masters League this month?

If I promote to the Masters League once this months (February) league finishes, this market will resolve YES. Otherwise, it will resolve NO.

Last month I finished 1st place in my Platinum league, but this promotion will be harder, especially since I am already behind by 5k, so I am being a little less ambitious this time.
