Will they announce that they’re having a second child by the end of 2025? Hailey (or the surrogate) must be pregnant in 2025 (or at least say that she is) for this to Resolve YES.
Market will Resolve NO in 2026 with no ‘25 announcements of pregnancy (even if she was secretly pregnant during the year).
