Here’s my spoiler-full thoughts on each of the open answers, feel free to argue with/discuss any! I’m inclined to leave any/all NOs and non-certain YESes open until things are clearer:
Wanda is teased to be alive / Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) will appear.
I don’t think either of these can Resolve yet, I do think that we’ve seen Wanda, but Aubrey was very clear that she’s dead dead. And while I do accept that we saw “Wanda’s” body in the first episode, Lizzy Olsen wasn’t credited for being in the show whatsoever. Because I listed the actress as well, I don’t think this could Resolve yet.
I think there’s a chance that dead characters come back, as we’ve got two now.
Named characters will die
I think we’ve got 1 so far. Wanda (or whomever the opening episode’s corpse is revealed to be) died before the show began (Dr. Strange 2 spoilers), and now we’ve got Debra Jo Rupp in the most recent episode as the first.
Avengers will appear in the series.
Wanda is an Avenger, she’s been on various iterations of the team across the films. She was in the airport scene in Civil War (a war of Avengers vs. Avengers). If the body is hers in the end, this will Resolve YES.

Maybe 🤷♂️ similar vibes, but this will need to be confirmed in the text / clearly visually (e.g. showing footage from Legion).
Wanda didn't die in Agatha: All Along? It's just showing her dead body after her previous death. But I expect a total of at least 8 named characters to die - because of Mrs. Hart, as shown in the last episode, plus all of the members of the "Salem's Seven", who all have (mostly animal-themed) names.
Also, needless nitpicking: I agree that Wanda is an Avenger, but only because she joined the team in Avengers: Age of Ultron and was an active combat member for several months (until Civil War). Being in the airport battle scene does not qualify one to be an Avenger - T'Challa and Bucky were never Avengers, and Peter and Scott weren't Avengers yet.
The full list of people who have actually been official Avengers in the MCU is: Natasha Romanoff, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Bruce Banner, Thor, Clint Barton, James Rhodes, Sam Wilson, Wanda Maximoff, Vision, Peter Parker, Carol Danvers, Rocket Raccoon, Nebula, Okoye, and Scott Lang.

generally, if it’s new footage (so not the Marvel logo), it’ll count. especially if Lizzy Olsen is credited in the episode.
