Via Four Accused of Violating German Law in Turkish Spyware Deal:

Violations of export licensing requirements under Germany’s Foreign Trade and Payments can be punishable with a prison sentence of between three months and five years.

Resolves YES if at least three of the four executives get sentenced to the minimum sentence of three months (allowing for one snitching on the others and getting a deal). A suspended sentence still counts.

Resolves NO if for two of them the sentence is less than three months or not even guilty.

No clue how long this law suit will take. I'll extend the close date if necessary.
