Apple is considered a "gatekeeper" according to the Digital Markets Act. That means they need to open up until 6 March 2024.
Resolves YES if there is an alternative app to pay via NFC. For example, like PayPal on Android.
Resolves NO in April.
Reducing the availability of the app to EU countries is possible and would still resolve to YES.

@esusatyo Yeah, I might not be seeing it for the same reason. Seems like there was a lot of reporting on this January when they announced it, but no follow-ups since. I suspect it's just taking time for developers to implement similar to 3rd party app stores
