Who will take over Elon's duties at Tesla when he steps back?

@Yves I wonder if there's a reason we both decided to make this market for the first time (?) on the same day. I've considered making it before, but until today I didn't really particularly want to publicly expose the answer. I guess today I'm feeling like it's really time for a change at tesla and it might not happen soon enough without a push.
