Resolves to YES if Russian troops or mercenaries paid by Russia attack anything in Moldova before the end of 2023.

Resolves to NO otherwise.

Transnistria will not count for this market as Russian Troops have been there since 1992. Therefore, it is not a change in the current situation.

22 Feb 2023 edit : in case Russia breaks down into two or more independant factions before the end of 2023, those independant factions will still count as Russia for the purpose of this market. For example, if Wagner disregards Putin's orders and attack Moldova, the market will resolve as YES.

If a mercenary company operates on behalf of another country than Russia, like Belarus, it doesn't count for the purpose of this market.

Ex. Wagner operating on behalf of Belarus.
