Resolves to YES if the Conservative Party wins 99 or fewer seats at the next general election in the United Kingdom. If the party ceases to exist and does not contest the next general election, this will also resolve to YES (a name change would be fine though). The Speaker does not count as a member of any party (though the current Speaker is a former Labour MP anyway).
