Resolves to YES if Oklahoma State Question 820 (Marijuana Legalization Initiative) passes with more than 50% of the vote on 7 March 2023 and to NO if it fails. It doesn't matter whether marijuana actually becomes legal as a result of the vote (eg South Dakota's marijuana legalisation vote was overturned by the courts), just whether the ballot measure passes. If the vote does not take place, this resolves to N/A.
