The European Space Agency (ESA) is an international organisation dedicated to space exploration. It currently has 23 full members, with the most recent country to join being Slovenia, which ratified the ESA Convention on 1 January 2025.
Options on this market will resolve YES if that country becomes a full member of the ESA (not just an associate member) by ratifying the ESA Convention on or before 31 December 2030. It doesn't matter if the country later leaves the ESA.
