Resolves when either the contest has finished and I have not made a single submission (in which case this resolves to NO), or when the rating changes are first released for this contest. Rating recalculation, if it occurs, after this contest does not count (will not affect results).

If the contest is postponed, resolution time still follows above. If the contest is cancelled, resolves NO.
