This resolves YES if there is a private planecrash thread that was started sometime before the end of January 2023 (aka February 1st 2023 at 00:00 AM, Pacific Time), with at least one reply (aka tag) written during January 2023 (Pacific Time), which is revealed during 2023, and has at least 29 replies by the time it is revealed.

It resolves no otherwise, including if tags are being written in another place and then only posted to an existing or new thread after the end of January 2023.
