I will assign all the remaining shares to COOPERATE.

Interpretations:

• if everyone COOPERATEs, the market will resolve to 100% cooperate

• if the market is 50% or more DEFECT, it will resolve to 100% cooperate

• if the market is at exactly 25% DEFECT, it will resolve to 100% defect
