Resolution criteria

Outages will be counted based on incidents reported on Cloudflare's official status page at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ or general news. An outage is defined as any incident marked as "down" or "major incident" that impacts core Cloudflare services (CDN, DNS, Workers, or network traffic routing). Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. The count includes all incidents that occur between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive).
