My understanding of the compromise is that a Senate Vote is guaranteed but not a House vote. So will there be a House vote?

The House used a 'closed rule' to prevent a vote on this matter as an amendment to the recent healthcare vote. With the House now effectively out of session for the remainder of 2025, the discharge petition won't force a vote until January, meaning there is no plausible way for a vote on the ACA enhanced premium tax credits to happen before the end of 2025.
