Resolves to No if no debate happens within the timeframe.
EDIT: The market will be resolved when the debate releases to ensure that Destiny isn't lying about when the debate happened.

@Tumbles Destiny has lied about debating Jordan Peterson to drop a manifesto the day-of. To be absolutely sure, the market will resolve once the debate is published or Ben acknowledges/mentions the debate. If we find out that the video won't release for some reason, I would still resolve Yes, unless Destiny announces it was a ruse.
