Resolves to YES if, during any vote for Speaker of the House in the 118th Congress, any non-Democrat votes for a Democratic Speaker, or votes "present" (which would lower the majority requirement to elect a Speaker).
Resolves to NO if during all votes for Speaker of the House in the 118th Congress, all non-Democrats vote for non-Democrats, and none vote "present".
Market will remain open until a Speaker is elected or the 118th Congress ends, whichever comes first.
