I have to start the shower cold and i have to spray everything besides my hair, including my face. 🥵

I started this habit at the beginning of the month. So far i have done it every morning.

Today it took me less than 10 seconds between starting the water and going underneath it👍. 2 days ago it took me 9 minutes😭.

Edit: if there is no shower around, going into a cold lake in the morning between 3-8 am counts too.
