Sounds like it's almost ready. NSE says she's going to finish setting it up by making it pretty and then Lycan apparently needs 2 weeks to test the equipment.
Guess it comes down to how you define having a studio "set up". If all that's left is testing and some finishing touches maybe you could argue it's set up? The NO argument would be that it has to be ready to use and it's not quite there yet. Anyways I sold my YES.
@UFTG in my mind "set up" means ready to use, but it could resolve either way with these criteria
On stream yesterday Destiny talked about having access to the studio and Erudite talked about setting up stuff in it. That would mean they have rented it, so according to @johnleoks previous comments this should resolve YES?
@johnleoks I'm pretty sure this has happened. I didn't find a specific reference to renting it, but in this post Kyla mentions setting up the studio, which implies it exists.
Most of the furniture is in now, just need to work on pre-fabbed walls, assets for stream, and setting up and testing the stream system!
@jonmast To me "set up" would mean not just having a room rented, but also having all the equipment and everything ready for production.

Production ready is a rather vague concept, I'm not sure what would definitely qualify short of producing a show. I'm pretty sure they have the audio equipment and could in theory do a show tomorrow, Kyla is just adding polish.
