What if there is no alternative currency, and you can just bet on some markets directly using US dollars?

If u can bet on markets directly using US dollars, and users are able to withdraw those US dollars, this would resolve YES

i have PP. if i can never withdraw those for cash, does it resolve Later/Never, even if manifold separately implements some sort of cash payout system for betting?

As long as cash payouts are available in some way it counts. Does it look like this might happen?
