The market resolves YES if Zvi determines that his warning was not ignored between the creation of the market and the end of June 2027.

Resolution will be determined when it's sufficiently clear that Zvi's public writing implies either outcome, or directly by Zvi for ambiguous outcomes, or N/A if the two clauses don't apply.
