Resolves to the person, excluding Hakeem Jeffries (the Democratic House leader), who gets the most votes in the first full House vote for the next Speaker.

This is roughly who will get the most Republican votes - but there are scenarios in which someone gets bipartisan support for example, or where the Democrats all vote for someone other than Jeffries, etc.

• Only a full House vote to officially elect the next Speaker counts. E.g. a private Republican caucus vote does not count, and procedural votes do not count.

• If there is a tie, resolves equally to the tied persons.

• If (somehow) Hakeem Jeffries is the only person to get any votes, resolves to "Other".

• The resolution excludes Hakeem Jeffries specifically - even if the Democratic House leader changes.

• The close date is irrelevant to the resolution of this market, it will be extended if the vote happens later (standard rule for my markets).
