I am currently shopping mortgage rates for a home purchase. Which lender will offer me the lowest 30-year fixed rate jumbo mortgage in New York?

(I am also considering Adjustable-Rate Mortgages and am interested in suggestions for those as well, but since they aren't directly comparable I won't resolve based on them here.)

I will resolve on the basis of official loan estimates, not just website quotes, as I've seen significant discrepancies between those. I expect to go through the process of getting an estimate from the most promising suggestions.

Typical fine print for free answer markets:
