Resolves YES if I meet a cat and pet it, and prob 50% if I meet a cat but am not able to pet it and NO if I don't meet a cat. I think the chance I'll meet a cat is ~30% and if I meet it the chance I will be able to pet it is 70%. Though it is sunny weather and I intend to walk slowly, so the chance might be higher.
