Manifold provides 5 mana per unique trader for binary markets.
Often, there are a lot of markets that would be cleaner if asked in the multibinary format, yet the incentives suggest that users do the opposite. Will this problem be fixed by the end of Q1 2024?

I think the incentives go the other way. On single mcUL markets I'll often get someone to bet on 30+ options netting me 90m. If I created 100 binary markets on the same topic, because manifold doesn't really personalize recommendations by what topics someone is intererested in, nearly no one ever goes through and completely bets on all markets in a topic when they're all separate binary markets.
