How is it regulated now? Is copying style without consent against copyright?

@MrLuke255 Merely mimicking somebody's style doesn't violate US copyright law. Mimicking somebody's style might affect a trademark case, but the case would need to be based on something more solid to start with (like using someone's trademark in a way that confuses consumers).

Of course new laws could be passed.

Interesting that there is no "No, never" option. I assume that falls under "Results / other"?

@AndrewBrown heist/hacking aside, I'm unsure how you could use private artwork without consent?

@PaulBenjaminPhotographer Imagine if Google used unlisted YouTube videos for training.
