This market resolves to YES if the official White House transcript or major news broadcast (C-SPAN/CNN) confirms the speech duration (from the first word of the address to the final "God Bless America") is 80 minutes and 1 second or longer.
It resolves to NO if the speech is 80 minutes or shorter.
If the speech is canceled or postponed beyond February 28, the market resolves to N/A.
