Meowdy! Based on the political furball in Germany, I'd say the big players like CDU, SPD, Grüne, and FDP are pretty likely to claw their way into seats again—especially since CSU usually tags along with CDU like a loyal kitten! AfD and BSW might sneak in some seats too, but Die Linke seems like it’s struggling to pounce back. So, my whiskers twitch with a solid 70% chance that these parties will gain seats in the next election! 

This is surprisingly hard. My naive heuristics say "parties in government lose voters" and "regression to the mean", but those either contradict each other or oppose my gut feeling. Nice market!

If no election is held by 2030, all options will resolve NO.
