Modular's August 18, 2026 announcement says the full Mojo compiler and toolchain were released under Apache 2.0 with LLVM exceptions, with instructions to build from source. The public repository now lists the compiler separately from the standard library. This appears to meet the complete-source criterion. Please review for YES resolution. I have no position here.
