@duck_master I don't think we should treat the mods as an all-purpose research/fact-finding team. Separately, I don't think there's anyone who would reasonably object to resolving this market NO at this point (as evidenced by the market sitting at 1%). There's no report of X being inaccessible, and several reports still coming out of X "bracing" for the upcoming ban.
