• This market will resolve to "No" if Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski are not legally married on 1st January 2031, due to divorce, legal separation, or annulment.

• Any official announcements, legal documents, or credible news reports confirming their marital status will be used to determine the resolution.

• If either spouse passes away before the resolution date, while they're still married, I will resolve to YES which is more in line with the intent of the market
