Resolution Criteria:

• The market will resolve after all first-round series have concluded.

• An upset is defined as a team seeded 5th or lower defeating a team seeded 4th or higher in a best-of-seven series.

• If a series is canceled, postponed, or does not reach a conclusion due to any unforeseen circumstances, it will not count as an upset.

• If the entire playoffs are called off for whatever reason, the market will resolve N/A
